i order a NY steak and the waitress serves me a rib eye.i told her right away that it was a rib eye not a NY she said....you order a 16 oz NY and that's what our big NY looks like. i'm thinking since when the size of a steak changes the shape sure enough 10 mins later she comes back and said....sorry, you're right that is a rib eye,my mistake.this reminds me of going into a B&M store and ask to see a princess and they show me a EC. it is always harder to find a "mind clean" stone than a eye clean stone. |

Good comparison DF! In both cases you would think the employees would know more about the products they are selling!!! It does not inspire confidence.
