I'm going to get my bridal party a mongrammed tote bag as part of their gift.  What size should I choose, the bigger or the smaller?

The smaller one is cuter, but the bigger one is more practical!  Very cute though!  I may steal your idea.

They are cute! I have two totes that are about the size of the smaller one and I almost never use them. It seems like what I want to carry can either fit in a clutch or needs a larger bag. So, I voted for the larger ones.

I love totes for carrying tons of stuff around...beach towels, sunscreen, drinks. I say, the bigger, the better (which is weird, because my purse is on the small side!).

Matatora,

Those are cute, but I need 9 so they will blow my budget, plus I'm filling them with other wrapped goodies.

Ebree,
I have a small purse too, but when I need a bigger one I just put my purse into my Coach tote and then throw in the other things I need.

hmm, I guess I would go with the larger.  It seems more useful for the times where you would want to use a tote type of bag.

I'm too late in responding since you already ordered them, but I think you definitely went the right way with the larger size.

I got these totes in green for my bridesmaids and went with the smaller tote, but now I'm wishing I'd bought the next larger size.  The small is fine... it'll hold a magazine and some flip-flops, bottle of water and what not...  But the large would be better I think.

The smaller one looks like a handbag but the style of the bag looks like a tote, the bigger one looks like a tote, I would get the bigger. Personally, I wouldn't carry the smaller one, I would just use my large handbag, but I might use the bigger one for travel or the beach.
