K-yes that is what "sorta" means I picked out 3 settings I liked and he picked the BBEESSTT one! So in that way I sorta picked it out but not really. I didn't pick the center stone at all but he had 3 months of training on ps and me telling him what good vs. bad #'s are and HCA. So I was wondering when he would do it, because well, he has had the ring for a little bit. The past two weeks were really hard because he kept tricking me, buiding me up to think he was asking me that night but then saying "oh i am cold lets go home" So yesterday he wanted to go to Roy's, one of my favorite restaurants. I didn't think too too much of this because it was to celebrate the end of Passover and the fact that we could eat whatever we wanted. On the way he called and changed the reservation to 30 minutes later so we could walk around--again thought not too much of this because at this point I THOUGHT he hadn't called my dad! So then he says you know I called my dad. He thinks that me and you getting married is a great idea. This in itself was enough to make my week. I felt so happy when he said that to me and told me the conversation. We kept walking Then we got to this beautiful park and he was like lets sit on the grass (again not thinking much, honestly, because of the dad thing and he had told me he didn't call--LADIES BEWARE OF TRICKS!!) He said I have a confession to make-I actually did call your dad! And I was even happier then and he said so i just need to figure out when I ask you. I was thinking NOW NOW NOW NOW NOW NOW NOW NOW NOW!!!! At which point he started saying all the sweet things every single girl wants to hear (but he had done this 3 times in the past two weeks so don't get your hopes up, right?? and i was staring at him grass him grass and then I noticed that his SOCK HAD A BULGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO I KNEW and I cried before he even asked me! and he got teary eyed too! The proposal was just like me simple and sweet. It was really a perfect night. my camera has no batteries so SOOOOON I SWEAR!! the ring is GORGEOUS 1c sp 2.2mm 3/4 eternity shared prong plat more later!
