We have a lot of information about this source and have almost pinned the owner of the emails. They arrive at around 6am (Thailand time) and come as attachments. We also know that this is a foreign national living in Thailand who is trying to destroy many competitors websites and computers. What we need to know is where we should report this problem in Thailand. We are going for a normal criminal complaint to the Thai police through the Thai embassy in The U.S. Please let us know if there are any other organisations where we should report this. We cannot disclose personal details here but we have a good profile of the person creating the virus emails.
