mine tiger would call those lunch in his younger days. Mice were always running accross his run or trying to steel his food in the fall. He would stalk em and pounce. Crunch and they were his lunch. One day he got 6 within about 20 min. They made a nasty crunching sound. ........... Karl has joined the diamond trade and is now posting as Karl_K |

Those don't scare me - they're kinda cute...it's rats that freak me out. (Used to work in a pet store after school when I was in high school....getting rats and crickets for people was the WORST.)

I love little Mickey Meeses, but as MB says, their incontinence is a problem and they can be a bit stinky! I like pet rats too I confess! They are highly intelligent and make great pets. I think many folk dislike their tails, they do seem at odds with the rest of them. Firegoddess, I would rather handle a rat than a cricket anyday, yuck yuck yuck! I am terrified of crickets
