HI,
thinking of purchasing a princess cut diamond. It is 1.53 C- E color, VSI clarity, GIA cert., premium cut, no fluorescence or culet, very good polish, good symmetry. Purchasing price is $8000.

$8000.00 is a lot of money... Get it checked out BEFORE you pay for it or buy it. This is safe and will give you the peace of mind that you made a prudent purchasing decision.

There is far more that is critical about these shape stones besides clarity, color and pricing.

If the price looks like a bargain, there's usually a reason for it.

Round numbers like 8000 (or 7000, 6000,...) make me feel like
you're paying too much. I prefer prices like 7640$ cause
they really reflect the cost your dealer paid for the stone.

My advice

hey, try to get them to pay tax on it. 8000 is a good price, but no tax would make it great.
