 		HI. Can you tell me which store carries a better diamond, Cartier or Tiffany's? Can I get the same diamond at a different store, and would it be appraised the same amount between a regular store or a prestigious store?

 		Neither stocks diamonds that are as well cut as the super ideal cuts you can buy from independant and etail specialists.

Tiffany stones on average are better than Cartier stones that I have checked personally with an ideal-scope in their stores. Both sell stones with GIA certs.
