Hi there, I need a cute tote bag for school. I need it to be relatively light yet also roomy enough to carry all of my stuff (books, lunch etc). It should have a compartment for my laptop too. I'd like something that I could also carry when I need to look "professional". Any ideas? Thanks!

My daughter needed a laptop/tote bag to carry her sheet music, laptop, school supplies etc. when she left for P/A school in September ... We purchased a genuine leather bag for her through ebags.com ... they offer some very top quality stuff at reasonable prices ... shipping was very quick ... can't say enough good things about them! |

They are so cute looking. "Buy what you like to please yourself, not to impress anyone else." |

targus actually makes some very nice (and very reasonably priced) totes. they have a few in leather as well as some in microfiber. you can find them at your local office depot or online at www.officedepot.com

I would so get a branded tote like a Kate Spade or something fun but professional too. She has some cute professional black nylonish kind of messenger tote laptop things...I love that style.

Those Mango Tango bags are cute Kayla. I couldn't decide on a laptop bag when I bought my Dell Inspiron 700m (it's a 12 incher) and looked and looked at ebags.com...there were so many I wanted I couldn't decide! I ended up getting a really small, padded sleeve from them that I can stick into a carry-all bag....I just haven't decided on the carry-all bag yet.

I got one of them, but I didn't get the customized one yet, so I don't want to pick out a bag/cover until I decide on what I actually am going to keep. I saw the GYMpacific sleeves and thought they were cool as well, but a bit pricey for what they are at $40, not to mention, I would have to still get a bag on top of that.

I love it - the little 4 pound notebook rocks! The only thing that took some getting used to was the smaller keys - it was a little hard to type for awhile.

What color are you going to get? I saw the white ones for $19.95.
