Plus, I'm not very informed.

Some cutters are now cutting princess cuts trimming the extra fat, resulting in some of the most attractive looking diamonds. The reason I mention this is because cutters still can't resist to leave as much weight as possible on the stone during the cutting process, which usually leads to a fancy with an average to less than average light performance. The square market is still a work in progress but, we should all be very surprised with whats to come in the following years, because there are some cutter "right now" whom are cutting their fancies for excellent light return.
