Just a few questions regarding diamond cutting. 1) Can diamond cutter cut a diamond into a cat's eye cab.? 2) Can a great cutter cut pink tourmaline or white topaz to look exactly like a real diamond when finished? 3) What is THE most amazing piece of cut-diamond you have ever seen? Given that the "cut" contributes to almost 100% the beauty of the stone. Please post pictures if available. Thank you so much guys! GiGi

Cats eyes must have silky inclusions all lined up in one direction. Diamonds never have such inclusions. 2. No because diamond has very high Refractive index (makes it more brilliant), high dispersion (fire) and takes the very best polish (is the hardest, like hard wood polishes better than soft wood). 3. you must see diamonds, photo's tell litle.
