I have bought a round diamond in 1.00 carat, it's about $5800, is it worth Color: H Clarity: IF Fluorescence: none Culet: None Table: 60% Depth: 62.6% Girdle: Thin to Slightly thick Polish: Very Good Symmetry: Good Measurements: 6.33 x 6.38 x 3.98 Certificate: GIA Crown angle is greater 35%

Try the pricescope tool. I am no diamond whiz but with a crown angle >35 degrees is considered top heavy and results in a smaller diameter. A smaller diameter makes the Diamond look smaller than it really is. Also I would assume you had your reasons for buying a IF clarity diamond. The guide I follow for Diamonds says the corresponding grade for color H is VS1-VS2. |
