nutrnut Rough Rock Total Posts: 1 Last Post: 1/8/2006 Member Since: 1/2/2006	My boyfriend and I are looking to buy my diamond within the next week or so. We had almost bought a ring in the diamond district in NYC, but I had second thoughts and cancelled the order. The diamond there was 1.06 carats, but deep and with a very thick girdle. It seems more pronouced in the photo, granted it is magnified to ying yang, but still, you have to be sure you could live with it. Good luck and let us know what you choose.
