I think I found out what my mom is giving me for Christmas (yea). She has a 2.09 carat eternity ring size 5 she no longer can wear it due to very bad arthritis. I use to wear a 5 however I now wear 5 3/4 to a six. Is there a way to size the ring from a size 5 to a 5 1/2 or 5 3/4? I like my rings a bit snug ( I like to know I wont lose them). Please help I don't want to hurt my moms feelings by not being able to wear it. Here is a pick the diamond are individually set in four prongs. I think this would look amazing with my new upgrade.![]() ![]() |

It's not always possible to size an eternity ring up but I know that Mara recently had some of the metal shaved off the inside of the ring to make it about a quarter of a size larger. I don't know if a jeweler could get you a half or 3/4ths of a size, though. I think you are going to have to wait and have a jeweler look at it for you. Good luck!
