I watched every episode. (Clay, the gay realtor, who was fired a few episodes back, was an acquaintance through work) From the beginning, I picked Randal, I just though he was the strongest. But as the show progressed, I did have a lot of respect for Rebecca. I thought they both were going to be hired. But, alas, no. Randal came on strong in the boardroom last night. I think Trump has a soft spot for Rebecca. On the Today show this morning, Yahoo said they want to talk to Rebecca about more projects with them. I hope she gets something great from that. She is a very together 23 yr. old.

Yeah, that was SO MEAN of him to tell Trump not to hire her!!! There was absolutely NO negative for him, other than "I don't get to say that I am THE only apprentice"!!!!! After all that "we're such great friends, you deserve this too" talk with Rebecca, I can't BELIEVE he did that to her!!!!  Sad thing is, I actually liked him a lot better than her too, and was rooting for him before... BEFORE HE TURNED EVIL!!!

I can understand why Randal did not want Rebecca hired last night and shame on Donald for putting him in that position. Randal was right. For the purpose of the show there WAS only supposed to be ONE apprentice. Trump could have issued a statement or did a press release about hiring Rebecca at a later date. He (Randal) should not have had to share the experience with someone else. Look how they did Ruben Stoddard when he won American Idol. You would barely know he was the winner because they were so busy promoting Clay Aiken that he had to "share" the spotlight... what's the point of a show that supposedly selects a winner and then makes you share your victory. What was she going to get the same salary too? Then what would Randall have worked so hard in the end to win? Now, unfortunately, he will go down in the record books as an A$$ for coming across as hateful. SHAME on Donald...I wouldn't hire Rebecca anyway, she will probably try to get her dumb a$$ friend Taural on as her partner!

I've been a fan of Apprentice since season one. This has been the best one so far. Although I'm very disappointed in Randal, I really can't blame him for his decision- it IS The Apprentice, not The Apprentices (what was up with him saying Apprenti- is that even a word?!). Not to worry about Rebecca- she'll end up ahead in the end. Now, let's talk about who the real villain is. ALLA!!! What a real beeyotch!

Seriously, he should have hired both of them. While I understand why the Donald picked Randall, Randall was a very bad winner. He had already become the winner, he heard the words, "you're hired" first ... and what great PR to be able to be a gracious winnner, I think he missed out on a real opportunity. Now, after being such a good candidate, he's being villianized. Wow, he really should have thought that through a bit first. I hope his wife, gives him a little bit of a smack on the back of the head. Dumb. But I looooove the Apprentice. I almost tried out for the season in person and I have the Trump talking doll on my desk. I got him last Christmas as a present from my mom b/c she thought it was funny that I was soooo into the show.

I knew Randall was going to win but it wouldn't have killed him to let Trump bring Rebecca on board too! She was a fighter and she grew on me. (I would have went home crying on that ankle! Hate crutches!!) Ann-Sorry to say but Clay was soooooooo annoying!  Alla...god what a B*! Did anyone see her and the other blonde in the background shaking their heads "no" when Trump asked if he should bring on Rebecca? I didn't follow it this season as they moved it from 8:00 to 9. What happened? He was hired and when faced with the question should Trump hire the gal as well - he said no? If so, what a STUPID move. He could have saved face and said something like "Yes, hire her as *my* apprentice. " with a smile on his face.

He hired Randall and everyone celebrated for a minute, and then Trump told Randall to come back over and sit down. He said something like, "Now that you're a part of the company, let me ask your advice on something - you said you like and respect Rebecca a lot, do you think that I should bring her on too?" And Randall said "No, I do not think that you should do that. This show is called THE APPRENTICE, not the apprenti (???) so you should only hire one of us." And Trump said, "Well, I could have been convinced to hire her too, you sure?" and Randall said he was sure. Everyone was SHOCKED, especially poor Rebecca. (Oh, except Felicia & Alla who were shaking their heads no!! What was that about??) So yeah, sore winner. I liked him better than Rebecca beforehand, but I just can't believe he would do that to her when it would make a HUUUUGE difference to her, and virtually no difference to him - he still "WON" either way!!!
