I am looking for a ring similar to one that I saw at Tiffanys.  Its an emerald cut diamond with trillions on the sides on a platinum setting.  I am would like a similar one for my GF but the amount of choices is driving me crazy.

I am willing to spend $5000-10000 and not pay for the Tiffany name.

Thanks in advance!

This one is a little more than you wanted to spend but looks like a great deal

Otherwise, you can design your own on any website.

Those may not end up like Tiffany's (although it is not such a big deal to get that either), but this one just is:

Link to estate Tiffany ring.  Honestly, this doesn't seem like such a special ring - perhaps a tad better made than the ones pieced together from pre-made parts... but that doesn't make it so special, pretty much like you say. And 1.3cts E-VVS may not be the first choice I would have made if there was some choice (F-VS or whereabouts more probably).

I do not know if there are standard names for how these settings are made and it is always up to you to decide if there is any difference from one type (and price) to the next. THIS PAGE explains the process somewhat.
