 Questions re a setting supplier

 		I have located a setting that I like which is  a thick euro/ Square shank Platinum ring. The jewery store wrote as following re the setting--- ME-- 4PR-- 4908/1CT--- needs F/.7 EC platinum-.-- I know that it means 4 prong-- perhaps the stock #-- that I need the same setting for the loose diamond that I like which is a .70 Emerald cut diamond. Does anyone know what  setting supplier -- ME--- Is?
I am still looking @ diamonds. Having a great time visiting all the stores and reading on this site! I've learned so much and am enjoying reading about everyone and their rings! My future ring will be so special  and personal as it is being bought from some  money where I received some permanent medical  problems from a W/C injury.
 I have an appoint in 2 weeks to view some more Emerald cut diamonds@ a wholeseller's office. If I found the diamond that I really like, I would like to have the setting that I just mentioned.---Perhaps I should visit the other jewery store again and  find out who makes the setting, if they will tell me.
