The White House has ordered everyone on staff (no exceptions) to take a refresher ethics course. Really. Here is how one man envisions the class proceedings. Ethics doesn't strike me as something one can "learn" in a class. I also find that beginning a sentence with "ethics" makes for awkward subject-verb agreement.
