 		Can I please get some opinions on this diamond? Is this a good value or should I go for something that is more flawless? Please help i'm new at this.

You would want to ask them if those blemishes under the table are noticeable to the naked eye.  Its right under the table so im pretty sure you will be able to see it.  Does it bother you though?  Thats the main question.,  If you know its there and your bothered by it, it will nag you to death--  That is the opposite of what we call a "mind clean" stone.  You may want to come down a little on size and get a nice "eye clean" SI1 around 1.5 or around there for the same amount of Moola.  Goodoldgold.com and whiteflash.com are excellent, reputable sites and teh staff is very honest and will work these type of things out with you FYI.

Edit:  I did also want to say you are on the right track with the cut (signature ideal) everything is second to that!
