Where to find the best heart cut diamonds

I think about 1.5 carats and than a smaller heart shaped to sit on top of the larger one in a pendant. So, it's important that the shape and quality is about the same. Not sure was size the smaller stone should be, probably about a 1/4 of the size of the larger stone.
