I am wanting a round shape stone, but I am not a big fan of the tension, tiffany style, setting are there any other types of settings that can hold a round?

I love the half-bezel with pave around the band: http://www.tiffany.com/expertise/diamond/rings/engagement_etoile_ring.asp?ring=pave& Also, with a plain band: http://www.tiffany.com/expertise/diamond/rings/engagement_etoile_ring.asp?ring=solitaire& I like the look and I feel that the diamond is nice and safe in this kind of a setting (set low).
