I went 6.27 miles this morning. I am supposed to be laying off the walking and I am trying to cut back on distances. I am hoping that the weights will help. Really though losing weight is 50% or more eating habits.
FFF- Where are you my dear?
Milly- Good Luck with your pasta lunch today.
AP- What did your trainer say?
MrsFlutter- Did you make it to the gym last night?

Good morning.
I had my trainer this morning, which was good, but I was so tired that I was completely off balanced and even managed to pull the lat bar straight into my forehead when doing pull downs.  Go coordination!
I talked to my trainer about starting to see her three times a week and she thinks it's a good idea.  She wants to makes sure I view it as encouragement and not punishment.  She's all about the baby steps.
She says she can see changes in my face and legs.  I wish I could see it. I just need to control the eating more and actually make it to the gym when I don't have a training session.  It's so hard to get up when it's still dark...

Hello!
I didnt make it to the gym last night, i made banana cake and had a friend come over to drink champagne! i'm still celebrating!

however, when i got up this morning and the scale was at 137, i headed straight to the gym (after a small piece of banana cake, its kinda like banana bread, which is kinda healthy, right?). I did 45 minutes on precor.

3 days a week with a trainer AP, lucky you. I wish i could afford that, it is just the kind of motivation required to ever get me below 130lbs.

heres to healthier eating today. I am running a pastry cooking class tonight, so we will see.....

AP- I your head allright? I have to admit that sounds like something I would do. During nose breakers I could see my trainer holding his breath the first several times, A few times he had to grab my arm...I have no depth perception for things like that. I know getting up when it is still dark is rough but it feels good the rest of the day to know you have at least gotten that taken care of.

MrsFlutter- You always amaze me with how busy you are, now I get your screen name, you are a social butterfly. I am amazed by all the things you find time for, awsome! I wish I could give adivce on how to get eating habits under control...but that would make me a huge hypocrite. I have mentioned this before but if you live near a university the kids who are in the PE and training programs will train you for as little as 5$/hr. (Every so often you fill out grading forms.) That might be a possibilty for you.

I'm going to the gym at lunch. I'm still going every other day, but I'm totally not into it at all. I'm in a funk....sometimes I change, run for 20 minutes and just call it a day. I'm just barely hanging on to the Turkey trot training.

I'm also eating like a crazy person, so I'm afraid to get on any kind of scale. All I know is that my pants are feeling tighter around the waist, and that's not a good thing.....especially when I'm supposed to be LOSING weight.
