Good Morning Ladies! How is everyone doing? I did 10.4 miles this morning. I am soo glad to have my bottle backpack back. 3 liters of water is a great amount and I love not having to lug a water bottle. Soo happy!

I got up and walked/ran 3.5 miles, came home made an egg white omelette with some V8, now i need to get ready for work.  I think i'm going to go to the gym after work today as well, to make up for the lack of excercise all weekend.

Well, I got up early to see my bf off on a business trip and promised him I would go to the gym.  Did it happen?  No.  But, I see my trainer tomorrow so I know I'll go then.  I'm going to talk to her tomorrow about seeing her three times a week.  That way, I can ensure that I'll actually go three times a week.

Weight, be gone!

Nice work Mrs Flutter!
AP- I know how ya feel, I go on kicks about exercise, from fanatic and 7 days a week without fail, to I would rather be shot. I was somewhere inbetween the two when I started training. I made myself see my trainer 7 days a week from at 6am to ensure that I would go. Sometimes that is all the nudging we need. Besides just becuase you did not make it this mroning, that does not mean you could not go sometime later today. Have you ever seen the 10 minute Workout Solution DVDs? The DVD allows you to pick from 5 diffrent 10minute workouts and arrange up to 6 of them however you like. Perhaps something like that would work for you. If it was only ten or twenty minutes at home perhaps you would be more likely to do it more often.

Today is Tuesday right? Well ate 1/2 as well as I should have, but tomorrow I am BACK on the wagon..I've had enough of carbs for a while. We did have our burger and fries last nite, it was YUM. Thai for lunch today.

Tonite I worked out at kbox which was brutal, we did our typical workout and then we also did a 3 minute session of jumping rope (if you stopped or screwed up you had to add a pushup and at the end we did all the pushups); then a 2 minute session and finally a 1 minute quick session of speed jumping. WOW. I'll be sore tomorrow. I haven't jumped rope like that since grade school! And boobs? NOT A PLUS when jumping rope.

But I feel really good for working out and eating a salad for dinner, so I think I'm back on track after a few days of carbo loading.

Somehow a room full of people jumping rope sounds like a recipe for disaster to me. Though that could be becuase I was not able to do it with out tripping over my own feet....ever. Little bit of a spaz here. Way to go with salad for dinner.
I have not been feeling hungy. I had a snack size thing of strawberry applesauce about 6 bottles of water and a diet coke today. I just feel so thirsty all day. This morning I drank all 3 liters of my water while I was walking and then had to have more water before showering becuase I still felt dehydrated.
I did a quick set of arm weights tonight.

I came home and did 30 mins on the elliptical, which is 4.3 miles. I also did some light weight lifting to end the workout. That felt pretty good, I was sweating heavily.

I ate half a bowl of rice tonight with tons of chinese yao choy and 2 tiny pieces of chicken (equivalant to half a drumstick) and had two bowls of tofu soup. For dessert, I had several handfuls of reese's pieces (my favorite candy ever!)

Tomorrow, I'm having pasta for lunch, since we have company meeting and we ordered Italian. I'm going to have a pretty carbful lunch! But it's all good since I haven't had pasta in a long while!
