Hello, I've been wearing my tension for 5 years now. I've had no problems with it at all. I don't wear it when I'm being very physical with my hands though, like gardening, or house cleaning. I still love it. |

A WELL done tension setting is safe. This topic has been discussed a lot of times, I'm sure you will find a lot of useful info if you run a search. You will find the prefered stone characteristics as well, since not every stone may be suitable for such a setting.
