Okay, I'm helping my bridesmaid figure out her travel plans for our wedding... next May...  Anyhow, I'm looking up flights online right now but I have no idea what airport she would travel from - she just moved to Cardiff, CA - and I can't get ahold of her to ask right now... So I figured someone on PS from CA might be able to tell me what airport she would fly out of??? San Diego???

Cardiff in in the Northern part of San Diego County. So San Diego is the nearest major airport (w/ no traffic, about 35 minutes from her). You're in Tulsa, right?

You're in Tulsa, right? Thanks Blueroses, that's what I was thinking... I'm in Oklahoma City now, guess I need to update my profile... But, the wedding is in Eureka Springs, in NW Arkansas. So I think she's wanting to fly into Joplin, Missouri because it's a shorter drive to Eureka from Joplin than from Tulsa by about 50 miles. If it were me, I'd fly into Tulsa because I can't stand little planes so an extra 50 miles in a car is worth traveling all jet... But, that's just me!!! ~teebee~ |

Oh wait, I'm a ding-dong!! I guess she could fly into Fayettville, AR... Duh... For some reason I was thinking that the Fayettville airport was not for passenger flights... but here it is on Travelocity so I guess I was wrong!!

Okay, I'm not a ding-dong... maybe I should put the pipe down... now I can't find an airport in Fayettville AR... maybe I was looking at North Carolina... Not that it matters, because she's still flying out of San Diego. Good grief, I think I need a nap before I try making other people's travel arrangements - otherwise I just sit here talking to myself and insulting my own intelligence.
