I tried on a Rina Limor 3 sided pave (thin band) ring at Michael C. Fina. I believe the tcw was .54 (but I tried on so many different rings that I might be confusing it with another one) I thought the ring was very similar to the Michael B. settings, with a significantly lower price tag. I've tried searching the web (and pricescope), but have had no luck finding a picture of this setting. The style # is RG898246 Does anyone have any pictures or information on this ring? Any information on the quality of Rina Limor settings? I'm particularly interested in seeing pictures of the head (is that the right term?) and the prongs...and also finding out how many mm wide the shank is. Thanks for your help! ![]() |

hmmm, well we don't see a lot of Rina Limor here. I guess if it were me I would call Michael Fina and tell them you are trying to get more info on the ring. If he's local for you, why not go back to the store? If not, I would ask them for distributor info and maybe you can find someone local who carries the line so you can check it out again in person.

Why don't you take your camera back to the store and ask them if they would let you take a picture of it. Or better yet ask them to take a picture of it and e-mail it to you if that is possible. If they want your sale then they should let you unless they feel there is a copyright issue.

I did ask them to email me a picture, but they wouldn't. Looks like I'm going to have to take a trip to go see it in person again. ![]()

That is too bad. I know a lot of jewelers that probably don't like to do that because they feel that you will take the picture to someone to copy for a much cheaper price. I can see that this could be a problem for a lot of jewelers. I've been going through the same thing. I saw a setting in a B&M store but it is a local designer and as of yet I can not find anything similar. The problem is the price that they want I feel is too much.

Glad to hear they finally complied. I second the question about what you've decided?

I think it is lovely, though it does remind me somewhat of the Vatche ring below...just in case you are looking for more options. I dont know how they compair in terms of price but the price of the Rina Limor I looked at was about 3200$...![]() -Matatora Courage is the price that life extracts for granting peace Most of the change we think we see in life is due to truths being in and out of favor. |

Less than 3 months ago, I ordered the Vatche Royal Empress pave eternity wedding set from Nice Ice for my then GF (now wife). For a half-carat diamond and size 5.5, the setting and matching wedding band were $2320 and $2180 respectively. Prices at WF were similar, while prices at ExcelDiamonds were slightly less.
