If I wanted to order something like that for my marquise what would I need to consider and look for ???? How big are the halo diamonds? Maxine, they're just pictures I dug up, but I think any of the vendors who do custom work will work with you in terms of proportion of the melee versus the center stone (I think the settings are made to order).

Anyway, I like the look of small sparkles so I was going to go with one pointers i think. might do two. but thats what i'd stick wiht at least. i bet your ring would look great with that!

The rings are not a set I have actually ordered 1/2 ct. white gold band for each side verses the yellow. Also, we upgraded the center stone from .75 to 1.75ct. After seeing all the Bling here I decided to go with a marquise shape (11x6) because it's not so popular right now. Then I saw a Tacori and I was hooked on the shape with a tiny tiny halo. The price was astronomical and the diamond really wasn't all that great either, Wayyy over priced. I had a local jeweler mount the marquise on an antique eternity band, it's stunning. So for now I've decided to forgo the halo. If a jewler can at some point rework a head with a halo and keep it mounted on the eterntiy band then my ring would be perfect. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ When was the last time you had a massage?
