Hi all.  I did find one stone I really liked and wanted everyone's advice on the value and the stone itself.  With respect to the dealer, I was wondering what would you all think would be a good price for this stone.

Here are the GIA specs:

Shape - Round Brilliant
Measurements - 7.83 - 7.92 x 4.69mm
Weight - 1.73 carats

Proportions
Depth - 59.6%
Table - 58%
Girdle - Very Thin to Medium, Faceted
Cutlet - none

Finish -
Polish - Excellent
Symmetry - Excellent
Clarity - VS2
Color Grade - F
Fluorescence - None
Comments - None

There was one cloud in the off center of the diamond, looked like a little line w/ the 10X loupe.  But that was it.  Thank you and looking forward to your replies.

With my budget of sub 20K, I wanted to get the nicest sparkle as opposed to size and other criteria.  Hence, I assume it would be best to stick with a stone like this?  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

All I have is the GIA certification.  Is the crown on that?  I'm sure I can get the other numbers.

Thanks

No GIA doesnt put them on their documents for some reason...
1.804 E SI1 Eye Clean WhiteFlash $16807
1.76 H VS1 DirtCheapDiamonds $14678
1.56 F VS2 Good Old Gold $17218

These are all lovely stones less the 20,000. I was not sure how much you planned to spend on the setting. I hope this helps!
