Hubby and I just saw it last night. It was very good! Tied for best Batman movie with the original, IMO. It's a very interesting movie - you get to see how Bruce Wayne becomes Batman and how he develops his costume etc as well as his crime-fighting philosophy. And after the first minute I didn't even think about Katie Holmes' brainwas - I mean! - relationship.......... with Tom Cruise every time she was onscreen, which I think is a HUGE testament to her fantastic acting abilities.  Anyways, good movie!

I love, love, LOVED it... Katie Holmes was in it for such a short period of time that I felt the role really could have been played by any actress. But my goodness, Christian Bale is one ridiculously gorgeous man. I thought it was 100 times better than any of the other Batman movies. This is one movie I hope they make a sequel for!

HI: I enjoyed  Christain Bale, errr I mean Batman...as for KH she was forgettable or should I say almost nonexistent...what did she have a total of 50 lines??? Adorable but........who?cheers--Sharon "People who possess great qualities, do not need to show off". |

Wow! I'm glad to hear this. I've really been wanting to see this movie, but I didn't know if it would be good or not seeing that its another Bruce Wayne and another Batman spin on several other versions that have predated this one. I also heard that the action of the movie never really takes off until the end. Any reviews that I heard were mixed at best. I was also not too excited about Katie H. being "the girl" in this Batman movie. Hello, go back to "Dawson's Creek". Oh yeah, she can't....too bad. Anyways, I'm siked about seeing the movie now. Sweet!
