Has anyone seen a bride in this dress? Or has anyone seen pictures of a "real" bride (not a model) (MelissaSue? anyone on theknot?) I went to a bridal salon today to try on Ophelia or Nikita and they didn't carry either...but there was Madalyn. It's not what I thought I wanted, it's really form fitting, but I think I might love it. Sadly, they didn't let us take pictures, so I can't reflect back on it,but it's in my price range.

There is a two dress bride on the Knot, she is asian...anyways one of her dresses is this one, it looks beautiful on her...I will see if I can find it!

Hmm. I've seen knotties who have this dress, but never any with real pics.. I think it is a GORGEOUS dress. My friend who is getting married is interested in that dress too. I really want her to get it. |

Wow!!!! well done! of course you would find it! I You are really great! I'm truly amazed. I'm not so sure how much I love it seeing it on someone else, but also, think maybe I do I love it. I have no idea how I feel, I'm hot, I'm cold, I'm a mess!! but I must try on Maggie Ophelia first! I'm dying to find a shop that has it! thanks for digging up that picture. I wish that I could just know if which dress is right, Well, we are packing. It's 12:55 and our flight leaves at 8:52 for St. Thomas. From there we take a ferry to St. John. I doubt that I will sleep much tonight. But wish me luck! This is our first real wedding planning expericnce! We will pick an actual beach to be married on, and hopefully have a nice vacation too. Tybee - Not to confuse you even more, but have you seen "Raquel?" The capsleeves on it are removable, and it has that same boning in the top as Madalyn. I think it soooo pretty.. Maybe too poofy for your beach wedding though.  |

FI and I just got back from the our wedding planning trip. I am excited and super overwhelmed! But how beautiful it is down in the US Virgin Islands!! One big problem, it's hot as HECK down there!! Ha ha ha ha, I might have to rethink this whole dress thing! MelissaSue, I love that dress! Right now I'm thinking less--less less---don't want to pass out from the heat! Tybee |

oooh! you're having a destination beach wedding! i'm so jealous! The less less less is prob best -- i mean forget "wedding etiquette" but having the bride overcome with heatstroke, i know you want a memorable wedding but...! Anyhow, I LOOOOOOVE slinky sheathy dresses so I may be biased  !
