Especially when you have a sit-down dinner and you are paying hundreds of dollars per person!! We had several couples that RSVP'd and then didn't show. One couple called us the day of the wedding with a family emergency, so at least we could deal with that. One was my DH's boss!!! We had several others too...my parents (who paid for the wedding) couldn't believe it!

We are having a sit down with 2 choices for entrees so obviously we NEED to know. We gave our final number on Saturday when we finalized and we were 120folks lower than we invited. We should have invited more. We will have almost 35 extra entree's.

We did and they said that because it's keep heated that long and made so early in the night its actually not safe to do that. I wish they would though. My mom said she is going to bring some tupperware to the reception and do just that. haha!
