I see the thread about "which Ruby". Are there any supplyers of good natural Ruby around? Its often an interesting to see some rough prices and compare with some of the cut stone your searching for.Rembering that some of the cut stone you see around is for sale at a sometimes dream prices. Quality and good size ruby rough is a very rare material. Normally it is only available thru established channels, difficult to penetrate or compete. I deal sometimes small ruby rough good for cut stones under 1 carat (mostly 0.10-0.70ct). My cost at the source is around $3000 / 100grams when it is available. Hope this might help. Best wishes!
