I am seeking the best options for the following scenario:

I have a Kimberly Certificate from Sierra Leone as well as the required export license. Also in place are several political contacts in the country and at the Bank of Sierra Leone. I will be returning to the country in several months to make my first purchase of rough diamonds there. The actual purchase will be made by a Sierra Leonean without my presence. This person I is an expert in selecting rough diamonds and dealing in the country, I have known them all my life and trust here is not an issue.

The question:
Options for liquidating the diamonds to cash (anywhere in the world, preferably everything out of the country) just want the easiest and highest rate of return. Should some or all be polished and where? etc.. Thank you very much & I look forward to your reply.

What do you mean, you have a Kimberley Certificate from Sierra Leone?

A Kimberley Certificate is given on diamonds, not on a person.

If anything that you just claimed here is true, than you are on the fast track towards losing a lot of money.

Took some diamonds out, Kimberly Cert. was issued with out a problem. I mention this because it is not uncommon to run into a number of issues at the bank and time of issuance.
