I just did a search on the pricescope search box at the top of the page and several stones came up for under your budget but I did not check for cut specs (i.e. optimal range for rb) because I know vitrually nothing about rb stones. Engagement rings direct came up with many stones.

Good morning -

Re: the stone - are you looking for an ideal cut RB?  If you have not already, you can use the "cut quality search" at the top of this page.  I typed in a size range of 0.65-0.8ct, G-H color, VS2-SI2 clarity, and came up with 15 ideal cut stones.  That's a good place to start -

Re: the setting - do you want true split-claw prongs or just the octet look?  My new ring from A. Jaffe has the split claw / octet look (here).  I know Vatche has a double prong style, Whiteflash has a style they make that has the double prong look (with various band styles available with the same head), etc.

You may want to search some of the vendors sites to look at ring styles as well as stones.  You may also want to consider the custom route, too.  Depends on how "fancy" you want the setting to be - you can end up spending quite a bit of money on a setting!
