This company was suggested to me as somewhere I might try while looking for my upgrade. It was also mentioned in another thread here on PS. My search for them online returns nothing but watches. I realize they have a presence in the watch world, but how do I find out about them for loose diamonds?

If this is the Jacob & Co. in NYC, they are a major jewelry retailer, traditionally known for the big diamond watches but selling all kinds of high-end jewelry. Jacob was fearured on a recent "Jane's New York" special about the diamond industry. You may have to call them for more info as their website seems rather limited. Good luck.

For your info, Jacob & Co. has direct axcess to the rough diamond mines, as he partnered up with a huge rough diamond Company in Belgium. Same company that is partners with Daniel K ********************** |

DiaGem, do you know if they take appts. for view stones? Does anyone know their reputation? I will be making a trip to NYC and would like to line up several appts. to see stones.
