Best wishes to your GF !

The Tiffany ring is a veru simple basket setting that should be feasible by any jeweler - cheap versions might not look quite as attractive, but as good as the original is certainly not challenging to make.

NiceIce lists a handmade platinum solitaire that is at least as well made (on their site it is shown with a square stone, but these are custom made anyway).

Unless you already have your diamond... the emerald cut solitaires at Facets look very much alike. It is shown HERE with a radiant diamond... You can e-mail for a picture of the EC ring.

I got the Tiffany style setting from Whiteflash and it looks like the real thing. They have a few versions but I got their best one and the setting is made for the stone. I think you would be pleased with it.
