Heading out to Alaska for vacation next week and thought it would be nice to propose there. I was thinking some place with a view of the sunset (cliff?) and semi private. Anyone suggestions in the Seward, Anchorage, Talkeetna, Denali area?  imferris

You may want to PM a few of the members on this board that reside in Alaska. Try ColoredGemstoneNut (Josh) and CanukGirl (I believe that's her screenname....her name is Sharon). Hopefully they will be able to offer a few suggestions.

On a glacier? On a balcony/deck at one of those cool hotels at the edge of Denali Nat'l Park? Kayak out to some small island and propose out there? At a waterfall. Trying to think of other cool places I saw when I went on an Alaska cruise a few years back.
