We are still working on picking ceremony music, making photo collages for the tables, and printing and assembling the programs. Work is stressful, wedding planning is stressful. As for speeches, i wouldn't do them all at once. Unless all your speakers are incredibly funny and entertaining, it gets really tedious to sit through one speech after another. Spread them out and have some eating and dancing in between, I think it's more fun that way.
