They both look like they would be very brilliant stones.....have you seen them????? If so, it all depends on how they look to you....if you haven't seen them in person, you could talk to the vendor about them.....it's a tough call!!

Sure the diameter numbers for the G are right ? It is a bit larger than expected for a 1 carat round ... The Ideal Scope piuctures are straight "by the book" - so if any difference between the two remains, it should be slight and not a matter of "quality" but taste. Date: 4/22/2005 1:55:21 AM Ana,the G is a 1.08ct.

Date: 4/21/2005 10:42:26 PM Author: nu #2 I like the idealscope for #2. It looks like there would be a little more fire, scintillation and contrast. The black pinpoints between the arrows are something to look for. At least this what I've deduced from my research. Deeper reds also indicate strong brillance. I don't know if you've read this or not, but it helped me learn a little more: (I hope.) Good Old Gold's Idealscope/Firescope Tutorial Also: #2 Scores a Whopping: Total Visual Performance 0.3 - Excellent within TIC range on the HCA. (If I'm not mistaken.) #1 is no stinker either, it scores 0.6 - Excellent within TIC range - I think this one would be bright, but a little lacking in fire and scintillation.

thanks for the article. Unfortunately those black dots between arrows are so rare, especially like those in that article.
