Price of culet vs no culet |

In general, two stones exactly alike except one has a culet (small to med) vs one that doesn't, is there a price difference? Curious... Thanks

Thanks No difference between No culet/very small culet (they're the same thing) and small. Depending on who is setting prices there may be a difference for medium if it causes any light leakage. When AGS first released their grading system a diamond with no culet could NOT be given AGS 0 for cut. They changed this after pressure from the asian market where a culet is considered bad because it lets the evil spirits in. Garry Holloway FGAA DipDT |
