 		In regards to the hotel/lodging info,etc. how specific should I get?
Im sending out magnets with our names, date and location on them. I just recently reserved our hotel rooms. in my enclosures, I should include hotel name and address/phone, but do I include the negotiated room rates on them? How about airport information or local attractions?

My FI is a web developer but surprisingly, we arent making a website (too busy)

 		For my Save the Dates, i listed the hotel name, address, phone, a little map to give them an idea of location, a brief description of ammenities (like pool and they allow pets, cont breakfast), the room rate and that they had to call that hotel directly and mention they were part of the Xxxx/Xxxxxx wedding and wanted one of the blocked rooms.

I made mine and so used a whole card for my hotel info. I would at least include the name, contact info and the rate and any specific instructions like you have to call them directly to get the rate.

We made a website and included other hotels in the area on there, but repeated the reserved stuff.
