Blue Nile vs Other Vendors

nick9c Rough Rock Total Posts: 16 Last Post: 8/10/2006 Member Since: 3/4/2005	I've noticed that Blue Nile is typically more expensive than most other vendors on Pricescope. Is there any particular reason for this other than larger overhead and perhaps more selection?

The service there was incredible. Can't speak to quality yet, haven't got the diamond, but from what I have read they are very good.

They have some exclusive contracts to sell online and occasionally they have some stock that is priced very well. It's on a case by case basis, but is not usually the norm.
