Diamond Comparison for a first time buyer

Which one is a better quality Princess Cut diamond? These are GIA certified diamonds from a reputable online company, around $3000 - $3600 range. I am a first time buyer so I am about to make a decision what to buy. First diamond has higher table percentage but the clarity is VS1 which has a smaller inclusion. Second one has SI1 clarity with slightly bigger inclusion. I have been reading all these articles on cut, clarity and color but I can't decide which one is more significant. Besides, what is a better place to buy diamond from - Uniondiamond.com, Bluenile.com (seems to be a little pricey for a same quality diamond) and Ashford.com? Any thoughts, suggestions or advises would be appreciated.

From what I have read these are the guidelines for a nice Princess Cut Diamond. Looks like the table is way to high on the first Diamond you listed.
