I finally have some pics of my new 1/2 eternity band. I wanted to get some pictures out in the sunshine, but it was cloudy today. Once we get some more sun I will take better pics because some of these are blurry. Ring specs: 14 round G-H/SI1 0.03 carat diamonds, bar set in 14K white gold by Rosen Block

Lynne, It's just lovely and looks great with your ering, good job and good choice!! Oh and your fingers do not look fat whatsoever!!

Wow---I looooooooove the new band with your marquise!!!!!! I really like how the bar setting on your ring does not overpower the diamonds. It was done very well!!!! Congrats!

Well, that was VERY worth the wait! So pretty! I think they look great together ....and your fingers are not fat at all! You can't have wimpy fingers carrying beauties like those!! Enjoy!

I had buyer's remorse for a bit and was thinking of returning it for a Rafael from Facets. Lynne~ |

Thank you everyone for all the wonderful comments. I have decided to keep the ring since it is a perfect match in size and style to my e-ring...and everyone else seems to love it. I just had to grow into it a bit. I think it looks great with my e-ring but not so good alone. Of course, I didn't like my original wedding band alone either. Guess I am addicted to the bling. Good thing I don't really plan to wear a band alone. It was more of a "just in case" type of thought. If I would go with a Rafael, or any of the others I have found, the band would be wider and most likely have larger diamonds. I really like that the diamonds in both bands are identical in size, as well as color and clarity. I feel that larger diamonds wouldn't look as nice and would cover more of the side stones on my 3-sided e-ring. And with it being narrow I can always opt for another to sit on the other side as guards.

Oooh! It's fantastic! I'm glad you're keeping it. All of the online photos I've seen of bar-set rings look so bulky and metallic, it's nice to see one "in person" on a hand. The bars don't look too big at all!
