I had some of my sparklies out cleaning them this morning, trying to decide what to wear with my Easter outfit... . While I was at it, I decided to practice my photography skills, so I thought I'd share with y'all.The first pic is a pearl and diamond set that my husband bought for me on a trip to Poland last year. The pearls are a peachy pink, and I love them!

My husband also bought these last year in Poland. Blue Topaz and diamond set in white gold. I hardly ever wear these, because they are too dangly. I almost put them on the Christmas tree this year for ornaments.

Next is a diamond pave heart pendant that my husband bought for me once, just because he knows I love hearts. It's cute.

Here is my 10th anniversary gift. It's too big, I need to have it sized to wear on my ring finger better. Right now it fits my middle finger best, and I don't wear middle finger rings!

sjz, all of your jewels are beautiful but those blue topaz earrings are TO DIE FOR!!!!!!   PS I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one who has hung jewelry items on the Christmas tree!

This one is a big old gaudy filagree diamond cluster ring that I inherited from my grandmother. She wore it all the time! I should wear it, but I feel like a little girl playing dress up with her granny's ring...lol!

One year I put some of my pretty rings in velvet boxes and set them open under the tree to catch the sparkle off the lights from the tree. It was sooooooo pretty. My other "guilty" secret...I play with my jewelry in the bathroom! !!!! The lights are so bright in there, and they make my diamonds sparkle so nicely...lol! Some of the pictures I've posted were taken in the bathroom, can you tell? Sometimes my husband keeps knocking on the door, asking if I'm all right, because I'm in there for so long playing. My friends would think I'm a total KOOK if they knew...

I think, as time permits, I'll try to take things out and clean them up for photos and post more in the future if anyone's interested in taking a peek at my obsession(I mean collection)...lol. I obviously don't have anything to rival the queen's jewels, but I have some been able to aquire some pretty nice things over the years. I am a compulsive jewlery shopper, I have a generous hubby, and have been fortunate to inherit some rather unique baubles.

I love those blue topaz briolettes!!! Those would look amazing sparking in front of the lights on the Christmas tree. I'd be deathly afraid of forgetting them there when I was taking the tree down. Such a nice assortment of sparklies...thanks for posting the eye candy. More ALWAYS welcome.
