Diamondsbylauren

and

Fancydiamonds

come to mind asap.  Perhaps the current inventory does not include what you are looking for, but chances are your will get some reasonable reply. At least the secod shop lists a reasonable amount of stones as price refference.

You might want to try DiamondRough as well (beter by phone, IMO).

What do you have in mind ?

I want a round champagne/cognac in at least 1 to 1.5C I do not like the C6 but prefer something from C3-C5. I am thinking about havin one set in the Etienne Halo setting. I think that it will be beautiful UNfortunately, I am having very little luck finding one. I love DBL but most of her things are NOT round.

ANYONE PLEASE HELP!!

Here's one on eBay.  It's a little larger than 1.5ct, but you could always have it cut smaller.

I love DBL but most of her things are NOT round.

Do you prefer rounds, or is the setting ?  The Halo rings can be made in any shape... there's a marq on EtiennePerret.com as evidence and you may easily get confirmation by e-mail (unless things have changed in the last few months).

In the meantime... you might want to take a look at these rounds for some ref (if not done already):

2 cts fancy light brown

and

2 carat dark brown

and another  1 carat piece with in-between color compared to the previous two.

Hard to tell exactly whay shade are these, but if they were the more desirable "orange-brown" that's usually associated with Argyle "champagle" and "cognac" colors the name would be there.  Not everyone uses the beverage-related trade names or the C1-C7 scale.

As far as I know, as usual

WOW.. ANA you are extremely AWESOME!! Thanks so much. I did not realize that I could use different shapes in the Etienne setting. I realized that I could use marquise but not the others. That information REALLY helps.. Thank you soooo very much!!!
