I am in love with this ring that sarah jessica parker wears occasionally on her right hand...only I would like it as an engagement ring. But I am stumped, what cut is the centre stone? Cushion or radiant or some other cut?? What other details can you pick out aout the ring? Ie what kind of bezel is that?

This is my first post, so apologize if I have done anything wrong.

It looks like a cushion cut and a rather large stone.

Good Luck!

but hers looks more rectangular than the normal cushion cut. could it be a radiant with softer corners?

Many cushion cuts are not even close to square.

Looks like Ec (somewhere around 5cts or so, with a pretty high crown) and the setting resembles one in the Vera Wang collection... but that doesn't have to be.  The type of bezel is sometimes called "girdle setting" for obvious reasons. It is a venerably old style - not a novelty at all, so I would think many can make one.

I wouldn't know where to hunt down the precise specs... Hope this helps
