Has anyone purchased one or seen one in person? What are the opinions on the Solasfera vs H&A diamonds? They have a very unique look and I think im dreaming of Solasfera now! Just wanting info on them. Thanks, Lori-yellowfan

I have seen only one Solasfera stone. How and if you prefer it has to come from you seeing it. They have quite a different face up appearance than most other diamonds. I say this not to say that a solasfera is less or more superior than other diamonds. It is certainly a beautiful cut stone, but different in its face up appearance. I have been told that some people prefer them, and others don't. You need to see these stones and compare them with others side by side in person I do have my opinion of them, but don't want to base that on only seeing one stone, so in all fairness, I don't want to make a conclusion without seeing more of them. Sorry I can't be more conclusive, but doubt I will ever be since diamonds are an individual creation and the best opinion is analysis is and should be concluded on a stone by stone basis. Hope this helps and answers your questions. Rockdoc

Lynn, If you go to Good Old Gold's website, Jonathan goes into great detail about the Solasfera. It is a neat looking pattern, I would like to see one in real life though. Chan |

Hi Lynn Goodoldgold.com is a dealer with Solasfera. but I would NOT rely on a photo, to make a decision. He should have lots of info about them on his site. Rockdoc

Thanks, guys! WOW, those look very beautiful! AND MORE ARROWS TO LOVE! ![]() I cruised through a few briefly, I noticed one with a 50% table... and one cut to a 62.5 depth... very interesting. Man, I wish I lived in NYC, I'd be at GOG checking out, in person, ALL the different varieties of diamonds ... on a very regular basis! Lynn (who probably makes Jonathon VERY happy that she DOESN'T live in NYC!)
And THAT'S my story and I'm sticking to it! |
