 		just to let you guys know, I got an individual policy from Chubb from a local insurance company here and it was really, really easy. I just faxed them my insurance appraisal and gave them a check and now it's all set! Very reasonable price too. $7500 worth of insurance for $146/yr! The insurance broker's contact info is:
