Does anyone have a cut grade matrix for fancy shape diamonds?

Look under the Knowledge section of this website, there is a drop down menu for Fancy Shapes.

The closest I've seen is this website: http://www.gemappraisers.com/ and click on the DIY cut grading link. Then you can enter which fancy shape, and fill in all the specs to see the overall cut grade. Edit: The website I gave you was for Dave Atlas, who is also on the article that cflutist mentioned. I think between the 2 you've definitely got something to go on!
