 		I want to fill it!! Any suggestions? I can't afford a diamond right now, but what else can i stick in there?

It's a white gold 6 prong fit for a round. It previously held a 6.69-6.73-4.16 mm diamond.

What are my options - can I put something oval/ other shapes in there or will it need to be altered for that? How big/small can I go?
